Free School Meals

Dear Parent/Carer(s),

We hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well at this time. The school is pleased to confirm that our third order of supermarket vouchers has been processed. Please read through this email carefully as it contains information on what you need to do once you receive the voucher code and what to do in the event that you do not receive any code. The current order is for the value of £60 per child for a period of four weeks. Where there is more than one child attending Villiers, your voucher value will be higher (i.e. £120 for two children, £180 for three etc.)

The voucher email may have already arrived in your mailbox in the last day or so, in some cases the email may not yet have been dispatched so please continue to check your mail box including yourjunk or clutter inbox. This should arrive within the next few days. Please note that due to the number of schools accessing the service at this time, there are severe delays in processing all orders across the country and sending emails to parents. You can also search through your mail box for keywords such as Edenred orEcode. Full details of how to activate your code will be in the email you receive. Please note that the code you receive needs to be redeemed (see further details below) before it can be used in a supermarket.

If you have any queries or experience any issues with the service, please go to this website https://www.edenred.co.uk/reward-recipients/Free-School-Meal-Vouchers/. On this page you will also see an icon (on the right hand side) which states 'Received an ecode from your school? Redeem it here' this will take you to the website where you can redeem your ecode and select which supermarket  you would like to use it in. The full FAQs guide for parents can be found here https://www.edenred.co.uk/Documents/DfE/DfE_FreeSchoolMeals_ParentCarerFAQs.pdf

Alternatively you can email the company on freeschoolmealsparentscarers@edenred.com if you continue to experience any issues. We do not encourage parents to call the company as the charges are premium rate at 60p per minute. The best method of contact with the company is by email.

What to do if you have not received any email with a voucher code

If have received voucher emails successfully in the past, please give the service a few days as these emails are dispatched at different times. If by next Tuesday, you have still not received anything please email us back to inform us of this. We can re-send the initial email using the online system but cannot create a new order with the same email address.

If you have never received any emails from the company, please reply back with your email address information as this may be incorrect on our system. You can also reply back with a new or alternative email address. We will cancel any current live codes associated to your child's record and create a new order which will take at least a week to process. If you cannot wait this long, please contact your child's Head of Year or reply back to this message. We have a limited number of codes that we can send to families who are in desperate need of vouchers.

Next order

The next set of vouchers will be dispatched during the week beginning 1st June.

We understand that some parents may still experience problems with this service. Please read the full guidance (link above) in the first instance and contact the company by email where possible.

We will send you a confirmation email and text to make you aware when the next order has been dispatched.

Kind regards
