Villiers Aspire

Villiers Aspire – Alternative Provision - FIXED 5 DAYS RESPITE

Villiers Aspire is a unique service from Villiers High School. It’s a space within our site used as an Alternative Provision for local schools designed to support students who need extra support with their behaviour. The aim of our provision is to serve as an early intervention through daily mentoring, reflective work, as well as access to the curriculum.

Our respite service is a fixed 5 day programme aiming to support young people who may have SEMH or persistent behavioural concerns.

We believe in the 3R Framework- Reflect, Regain, Reset
  1. Reflect

    "Pause. Think. Grow."

We take time to reflect on our actions, choices, and progress. Reflection helps us understand who we are, where we’ve been, and how we can improve - both in learning    and  in life.

2.    Regain

  "Find your strength again."

Whether it’s confidence, focus, or motivation, we believe in bouncing back. Regaining means reconnecting with your purpose, your values, and     your  belief in yourself -   even after setbacks.

3.    Reset

      "Start fresh with purpose."

Every day is a new opportunity. Resetting means letting go of what holds us back and stepping forward with clarity, energy, and a renewed commitment to our goals.
