E-Safety Policy

“They know how to keep safe when using the internet and social media and what to do if they ever feel threatened.” - Ofsted 2015

Students can be at risk online through texting, messaging, social media and gaming. The indicators are often subtle.

Incidents relating to inappropriate use of the School’s ICT systems should be reported to the e-Safety co-ordinator and headteacher in line with the E-Safety Incident Concern Policy. The IT Department routinely checks the School’s systems for inappropriate use. Incidents are logged by the Network Manager and e-safety co-ordinator and investigated as per whole school behaviour policy.
